Happy Birthday Tea Lane Associates Founder, Eleanor Pearlson

Today is the birthday of Eleanor Pearlson, our fearless founder of Tea Lane Associates, who sadly passed in 2010.  There's not a day that goes by that we don't think of her with a smile.  We can sometimes still hear her saying ..."are you a complete idiot????. buy the damned house" .. "Darling of course I'm here on Sunday's, I'm here every day,  not like these others who are so delicate" .....and  "it's you again!!!!.... You're never going to buy anything!... You're a schnorer"  !!!

Oh Eleanor, we miss your thick accent, the Yiddish phrases,  (they were all wonderfully insulting!), and of course the egg sandwiches!
