UPDATED WEEKLY - What's open on Martha's Vineyard for Summer 2020?

When everyone was planning their summer vacation 2020, no one could have predicted or planned for the situation we are now facing due to Covid 19.  Unfortunately many Vineyard summer events have been cancelled, but SUMMER IS NOT CANCELLED  - its just going to look a little different this year!

As we enter each phase of Massachusetts Govenor Bakers re opening, our resourceful and creative island businesses are opening up gradually with guidelines in place for safe operation.   Visitors are being asked to follow the recommendations and common sense practise for social distancing, hand washing and face covering etc. and to quarantine if they have symptoms or are feeling unwell.

Beaches wil be open this summer! Click on the map above to find out more about our beaches.   

There may be some restrictions on parking and activities as each town is handling their beaches slightly differently so check with the town hall for the town you are staying in.
