Market update - We're in full swing and ready for summer!

The Juneteenth weekend was packed and the island got a taste ot whats to come.. The annual Strawberry Festival at Morning Glory Farm in Edgartown had cars lined up the street in front of the popular farm stand. 

Temperatures are rising and so are the number of new listings on the market for summer 2026... The Vineyard has 293 available listing (as of 6/25/26) Tea Lane has 23 of those with an additional 2 properties under agreement and 2 past purchase and sale.
