The Martha's Vineyard real estate market continued the trend established at the end of 2025 during the first half of 2026: fewer transactions, but significantly higher dollar volume driven by strength at the luxury end of the market.

What's new to the market as we approach the July 4th weekend?

The winter storms didn't put off buyers as we saw a robust start to 2026.
