Central A/C downstairs and Mini-splits in the upstairs bedrooms. Theres an outdoor shower and nice private yard.
Theres a large living room with WIFI if you need to work while here, and a well-stocked kitchen and charcoal BBQ for at home entertaining. Pop to Menemsha for seafood, Pizza from the Chilmark Store or dinner at the Chilmark Tavern.
