Tea Lane Associates sold property in all six towns in 2016 and in 2017, including 4 of the 5 highest priced properties in Aquinnah, 7 of the 10 highest priced properties in Chilmark, and the highest priced property in West Tisbury.
Of 2016 and 2017 sales combined, Tea Lane Associates' sales represented 36% of all up-island sales dollar volume and 14% of dollar volume island-wide.
Tea Lane Associates' sales represented 50% of dollar volume in Aquinnah, 42% of dollar volume in Chilmark, and 25% of dollar volume in West Tisbury.
Tea Lane Associates' represented the Seller of the highest priced, brokered, commercial transaction in 2017 which was an anchor retail space on Main Street in Vineyard Haven.

Tea Lane Associates sells property in all six island towns. Past sales range from $14,450,000 for an estate in Edgartown to $203,000 for a vacant commercial parcel in West Tisbury (2011-2015).
Tea Lane Associates has a long history as a leader in waterfront and high end sales across the island. Some of our past sales include the record-setting highest priced property in Aquinnah at $6,500,000 (2015), an Edgartown waterfront estate at $14,450,000 (2015), the third highest sale ever in Vineyard Haven at $8,875,000 (2005), and the third highest sale ever in Chilmark at $14,000,000 (2008).
Tea Lane Associates has deep roots in the up-island market. Our sales represented nearly 30% of all up-island sales dollar volume from 2011 - 2015. During this same period, Tea Lane Associates represented buyers and/or sellers in nearly 50% of transactions over $1mm in Chilmark and was involved in nearly 40% of all Chilmark transactions. Tea Lane also sold 5 of th 6 highest priced properties in Aquinnah from 2011 - 2015.
Tea Lane Associates represented the seller in the sale of Little Field Preserve in West Tisbury to the Land Bank for continual agricultural use and vista preservation (2010).
Tea Lane Associates represented the seller in the sale of land to the town of West Tisbury for community preservation/open land use. This land is curently used by the Field Gallery and Sculpture Garden in the center of West Tisbury village (2011).
