Magnificent Chappy Waterfront Home - Gorgeous Edgartown Harbor Views!
This stately, multi-generational home represents a by-gone era of Edgartown summering, not often found anymore. This historic Victorian home was built in the late 1800’s and moved to its current location in the 1930’s. Family can gather together on the screened porch, walk down to the shoreline to gather shells, take in a quick morning swim, or sit on the second floor screened porch to paint the Edgartown Harbor vista views that are spread out in front of you.
Located a short distance from the Chappy Ferry, and situated atop Manaca Hill, the home is located just down the road from the Chappaquiddick Beach Club. This 6BR home has 3 acres of meadow land to enjoy the yard and 180-degree panoramic views of North Water Street, Edgartown Lighthouse, and across to the Cape Pogue Cliffs.
