Tea Lane Associates offers an impressive inventory of over 400 homes for rent on the island, ranging from quaint summer cottages to luxurious family compounds. Although many customers get to know us through our extensive internet and print advertising, we have a reputation for excellent service and, therefore, our past customers continue to be our strongest referrer.

Listing your house for rent is easy. We will send you a detailed two-page information sheet to be completed on your property and ask for digital photos of your house. We will take additional photos when we visit your home to meet with you and familiarize ourselves with your property. In regards to rates, we can assist you in setting your rental rates based on our rental history with comparable properties in your area. Please give us a call to discuss specifics about renting including preparing your house for rentals, deposits, payment schedules and commission fees.

A note about timing: keep in mind that our busiest months for booking summer rentals are January through March. Therefore, autumn is the best time to list your house with us in order to take advantage of the rental inquiries we receive during the winter months.
